I made payment for 3 times, because only the 3rd time was successfully made via TnG. 1st and 2nd time due to crash on webpage or what, I can’t even proceed to next steps.
However the status of the apps still show my transaction was unsuccessful and so I did not get the QR code in the apps.
I called to customer service and they are not helpful at all even ask me to re-purchase again the ticket. And the money made need to pending for 14 freaking days just to be refunded. 

GSC, you used to provide very positive customer experience. What in the world are you doing? Every time making yourself to very worst way possible!

I just downloaded this cinema app, and it’s honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an app in a while. I tried to register by entering all my details, but after that, there’s no “next” button or any indication of what to do next. I’m stuck on the registration page with no way to proceed! It’s as if the app just doesn’t want you to use it. I’m left with no choice but to head to the cinema in person and hope tickets are still available for the movie I want to see. This app needs a serious update to fix its navigation and make it functional. Very disappointing.
