Scam subscription
I was offer a free week trial to try the pro version of the app, I am a beginner and thought that it would be a good idea to try and learn, but when I accepted the free trial I was charged the amount for an entire year, they used the 1 week free trial as bait to make you pay. I reached out to customer service and report this, and they just said to cancel my subscription and that they could not issue a refund because Apple manages the payments and I should asked them for a refund. First they trick me into paying something I don’t want, and then asked me to demand a refund to Apple. Do not fall for this scam, they just care about getting money.
