Enjoying the recipes and the app features such as Stay Awake and Start Cooking.

It could do with some improvements such as the ability to add personal notes, e.g. i often reduce the sugar and experiment with alternative ingredients. It would be good to be able to jot down private notes of these so I can get back to it later if it worked well. 

The Download Labels feature simply does not work. I click “here” and nothing happens.

Quite expensive for what you get.

Advertised on Facebook with no indication of a price involved. Installed the app only to find you can’t access any of the recipes without signing up. I made sure the box for marketing emails / newsletter mailing list was unticked and yet within minutes I get one from and now have to unsubscribe from that as well. It’s a scam really, weren’t most of these recipes originally broadcast on BBC / paid for by license fee?

I pay a tv licence and then when I try to access a bbc recipe (ok, they've now renamed it), they want to charge me an extortionate amount to look at an odd recipe!

This would be a great app if it didn’t have the infuriating design flaw of not opening at the last point you looked at it. Please, designers, make apps for how people actually behave, not for how you would like us to behave. This is a recipe collection, not a social media app that is constantly trying to get us to move on to the next thing. If I open a recipe at 9 in the morning and then go off and do something else, I don’t want that recipe to be replaced by the home page when I open the app again half an hour later. Nor do I want to favourite a recipe I haven’t tried yet. Would we like it if some goblin went round the kitchen every few minutes while our backs were turned, slamming the recipe book shut and putting it back on the shelf? No. Well, we don’t like this either.

Can’t believe I paid for an app that opens a web version of the former bbc gf. The quality is so low made me feel like scammed. I have now stopped my subscription and will continue accessing the recipes from the BBC website which is much better than looking at a little window on my big screen thanks to this horrible app.

Tried out the recipe today and it was a great success even with my daughter who would not usually eat pork. I used a clove of garlic in the topping and added fresh rosemary. The pork had 10/12 mins in the bbq and rested for 5 mins. It was super tender and tasted delicious.

I really wanted to like this app, but it falls short in several key areas. For starters, the app seems to change things up every time you open it — recipes shift, settings reset, and it’s hard to keep track of where anything is. That might sound innovative, but in reality, it’s just confusing and frustrating when you’re trying to plan a meal.

Navigation is another major issue. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to find specific recipes or even save your favorites. I spent more time trying to figure out how to use the app than actually cooking.
