SMB user credentials and workgroups getting lost. Misc player bugs. No updates. No customer support. Better players exist.

Player has several bugs and it is not so easy for using. It has errors, replay of files is always starts at the begging of file and not at the point I finished. Frame is changing, subtitle size is changing time to time. 

When we can have a new update of the app? Otherwise I will delete it. But I paid it. Customer service is not so good as I expected and read on internet.

To take out the most used audio codec in the latest update is unacceptable for us users, so that we may not update GP never again in order to be able to play ac3 sound or have player updated, but practically useless, due to the mute divxes... Pay that licence and put those audio codecs back! It's a demand of your product buyer! It's like i would bring my car to service and they would say, if they make a regular service they also must take out my audio system, because of their licence issues... This is ABSURD!!!
