Die Bearbeitung von Suchbegriffen & Keywords ist echt eine Herausforderung, sobald man die Auszuschließenden-Keyword- Themen bearbeitet hat und abspeichern möchte hängt sich die App auf.
Und alles wieder von vorne…..
Echt ätzend!!!!!
Man könnte glauben das es Absicht ist…, damit weiterhin zu unsinnigen Suchbegriffen Werbung geschaltet werden kann.

Kaum jemand steuert seine Kampagnen über die App. Daher ist die wichtigste Funktion für mich, sich schnell einen Überblick über die laufenden Kampagnen zu verschaffen. Leider werden beendete Kampagnen, die nicht pausiert wurden, dauerhaft angezeigt. Gibt auch keine entsprechende Filtermöglichkeit oder Sortiermöglichkeit. Somit verschwinden Kampagnen im Wust von Tests und bereits vergangenen Kampagnen.

### **--- "Vollkommen Überfordernd und unübersichtlich."
Ich habe 2008 mit Google AdWords angefangen und all die Jahre lief es einfach wunderbar. Ich kümmere mich am meisten bei uns im Betrieb um Programme und Pcs, habe mein Leben lang mit der Computerbedienung gearbeitet, arbeite gern mobil vom Handy aus um abends im Bett oder bei Wartezeiten die Zeit zu nutzen und muss dringend nach einem Webseiterelaunch die Kampagnen wieder einstellen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum manche keywords unter einigen umständen nicht zulässig sind, einige anzeigen und keywords mobil nicht angezeigt werden können, alles voller unsinniger Englischer Fachbegriffe ist und die Erklärungen für einige Einstellungen zu noch mehr Verwirrung führen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es hier extra kompliziert gemacht wird. Entweder liegt das an dem ganzen EU hickhack oder es ist Masche. Mich rufen passend dazu angebliche Google Agenturen an, die helfen wollen. Will man hier extra Geld machen? Permanent ruft mich mein neuer Google Kundenbetreuer an. Das macht mich so sehr unzufrieden, dass ich fast alles erstmal gestoppt habe, denn wenn ich keine differenzierungen vornehmen kann, kostet es viel zu viel Geld, wie bei uns zuletzt schon 1.500€ pro Monat.

Warum kann ich keine Rechnung ausdrucken? 
Nur so eine “zeige mir eine Preview an” Ansicht, google zwingt mich seit 2014 einmal im Monat im Konto anzumelden um mir meine Rechnung downzuloaden, warum geht es nicht per Mail? 

Vorschlag: in dieser App einen Button um die schon erstellte Rechnung per Mail zu erhalten.

### *---- "Enttäuscht vom Support - Überdenke meine Treue zu Google"
Die App ist klar strukturiert und benutzerfreundlich. Leider lässt der Support bei Account-Problemen zu wünschen übrig. Nach einer unerwarteten Sperrung meines Adds-Accounts, der mit einem inzwischen nicht mehr existierenden Shopify-Shop verknüpft war, bekam ich erst nach vier Wochen und mehreren E-Mail-Anfragen eine Antwort vom Support.

Es ist vorsichtig zu sein, denn bei kleinsten Fehlern kann Google den Account ohne Vorwarnung sperren. Früher war ich ein großer Fan von Google, aber aufgrund solcher Erfahrungen ziehe ich in Erwägung, mich von deren Diensten abzuwenden. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Support proaktiver wäre und nicht nur auf immer wiederkehrende Hilfetexte verweisen würde.

Login ist nicht möglich, sondern nur Neueinrichtung. Und das ist schon seit über 6 Monaten! Es wird wohl auch nicht versucht das Problem zu beheben. Die App wird aber fleißig in der Desktop Version beworben und als Empfehlung angedreht. Google‘s Support und Qualität haben in den letzten Jahren enorm nachgelassen.
