## Google Ads Reviews in Соединенные Штаты

### *---- "Google ad team is horrible!!!"
They suspended my ad account making it to where I can’t advertise, but yet I can’t delete the ad because my account is suspended. The Google ad team themselves performed this Google build. They asked me questions about my company and then they created the Google Ad campaigns. Now it is saying the ads of which the Google ad team built, is manipulative of ad components. I emailed asking them to call me to help and I just keep getting the exact repetitive email Over and over with no resolution and no one will call me to fix this! They had no problem taking out almost $1500 within a 30 day period!

### ***** "Happy New Year 2025 Google & Thank You!"

Dear Google Ads Team,

As we prepare to welcome 2025, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you have done to support small businesses like mine. Your platform has been a cornerstone of our growth, enabling us to reach new customers, provide quality services, and strengthen our presence in the community.

Google Ads has built an incredible business model that helps not only individual companies but also contributes significantly to the economy and the world at large. Your innovation and commitment empower countless businesses to thrive, and for that, you have my unwavering appreciation.

I am proud to stand by your side as a partner and look forward to continuing to work with Google Ads for many years to come. You have my full support as you head into 2025, and I have no doubt that your dedication and ingenuity will lead to even greater success in the year ahead.

Thank you for all that you do. I wish you and your team a prosperous and successful 2025.

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Keeps receiving an unexpected error. Can’t login. Can’t do anything except report the issue.
-- WhiskeyTangoFoxtrottt, 2024-12-24

### ***** "Litton"
Awesome
-- littonc, 2024-12-24

### **--- "Had to try 4 times; two ads are running"
I tried to go through the process of starting an ad. It got to the payment part (the final step), but it kept hanging and the Back and Cancel buttons wouldn’t work. I had to close and go through the half-hour ad creation process again. Four times. Ugh!!
-- Fgjfsfbcdhkvdfjjg, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Confusing"
This should be more details on how to obtain results possibly linking with similar businesses and their campaign on a tutorial basis.
-- Our work, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Carpenter"
Railing
-- 241279Jesus, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Garbage"
Google ads wasn’t great to begin with, but ever since they moved to AI handling their customer service, it’s gotten really bad. My account got deactivated without giving me a reason and the documentation they requested me to review to fix my issue was previously removed and unavailable. Google doesn’t care about their users, and will do anything to save a few extra dollars at the expense of the customer.
-- RyeGuyFly, 2024-12-13

### *---- "No Support"
The app doesn’t work even after updating it. It still doesn’t work or load. There’s zero support and your submitted feedback requests go nowhere and nobody ever gets back about the issues. Terrible for such a massive company.
-- kennys itunes, 2024-12-11

### ***** "Grateful"
Google Ads is an exceptional advertising platform that delivers tangible results for business of all sizes! Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive tools make it accessible for both seasoned marketers and beginners.
