Pay friends back on PayNow with an eligible bank account
•  Google Pay works with PayNow, so if you’re a DBS PayLah!, OCBC bank account holder, or Standard Chartered Bank account holder, it’s even simpler to send money to anyone in your contacts. Pick a contact, enter amount and choose a bank account to send money. There’s no need to worry about reloading wallets.
•  With Google Pay, you can now create a group with friends to start a conversation, split the bill and keep track of payments all in one place. It has never been easier to settle a bill or get paid back!

Pay in stores with PayNow SGQR or UEN
•  Scan a PayNow SGQR code or key in the merchant UEN number on Google Pay to make purchases at your favourite shops or businesses that don’t accept credit or debit cards.

Get rewarded as you pay
•  Earn scratch cards with chances to win cashback when you use Google Pay on eligible transactions. T&Cs apply.
•  Refer your friends to Google Pay and earn rewards when they make their first transaction. T&Cs apply.

Get tickets before it’s showtime

1. If you delete ur Google pay account, you can’t sign up back. Ur phone won’t receive otp.
2. If your account is deleted, sender won’t notice, the fund still going to be transferred. And the money went to no where, they will ask you to contact bank for this issue

i’ve been a user since 2020, but have been disappointed with the app recently. i haven’t been able to send money to others whether they’re an individual or a business. always says that the person is not registered w paynow (???) but other people can still google pay them. it’s really frustrating that this app isn’t as reliable as i thought it was. might uninstall if this issue persists.

The QR code payment process is extremely slower than any other app in the market. The only reason of using it is because of the promotion and deduction. Every time of payment, need to wait 30 seconds for it to show deducted amount of payment; and another 30 second to show the undeducted amount. Do you understand that we need to show the undeducted amount to the cashier before leave? Why not switch the sequence of display and that will save half of the waiting time.
