I recently faced an issue with transaction. I was surprised to know the gpay does not have a customer support chat service. When I called the toll free number initial 5 minutes wasted on press this or that number and later, when I chose to talk to customer care executive, I was made to listen to terrible music tracks for next 5 minutes, I got bored and disconnected the call. When small start ups have seamless customer service nowadays, it’s a shame on Google
