The app won’t allow you to access old recordings. Asked for help countless times from the maker only to be left response-less. I wish I never bought these cameras. Now I have to bin everything and start all over. Such a waste of money

This has to be the most annoying app to use I have, it’s so important to have security these days you don’t need it crashing all the time, try to open more than one camera at once and down it goes, then you have to go through another five seconds of some company trying to sell you something before you can try to connect again DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP

But when you go to open more than 1 camera remotely, the app crashes. If they fix this bug it would be a great app.....😉

Please remove the adds it takes longer to check our system .

Remote viewing video is currently not able to skip ahead or play file at faster speeds... Can a slider be introduced to newer version???

Good - Dev has reverted to the older version. BAD - The latest 'bug fix' release introduced advertising. Get rid of it!! If a dev needs money then make an ad free paid version. Don't cheat the masses... We already paid good money for the hardware that interfaces with the app!!

Will not load play back ,out of many tries only loaded once,also would be a better app if there were more screens available

Ever since the update, when we are away from home it says device off-line, this happens on both mine & my partners phone.

Support cannot help me.... Shows my device offline in my phone, but my installer can log in as well as support.
