Hi I’m lilah and I love the LEDS from here. I just wish one thing could change on the app or on the actual LEDS. I wish they could have a colour changing mode. Like for example: Red into orange into yellow into green into etc. Other than that it’s is an AMAZING APP PLEASE get this brand of LEDS, humidifier etc! Thank you for reading x ♡

Good app. I just need 80 % automatic humidity control for my humidifier. It currently is at 70% and its too low for my greenhouse. Can you guys please update this function to 80% asap?? I was not expecting this to be low as 70% and definitely need to get to 80 soon..

I have two H5075 thermometers which have been great over the last several months but now neither are syncing properly with the app. Given it’s happening with both thermometers and they used to work fine until recently it seems like a change in the app has broken something.

Love the app! The new updates are great. Is there a way to have more than one device controlling the lights. My housemate and I would both like to control the lights from our respective phones but it only seems to remember one device.

### **--- "Light are great but it has some major problems"
The lights are good quality and have lasted a while but their app has many problems. The app has one of the worst and most cluttered user interfaces that I have used ( although I will give it to them that it has been improved over time but still not enough) and sometimes the light stops working properly. In fact, the latest update has stopped my light strip from connecting to wifi and every attempt through the app with every troubleshooting step keeps giving me errors when trying to re-connect the light strip to the wifi. This has stopped me from being able to control the light strips from other apps and I am forced to go into the app to connect through Bluetooth to use the lights. All in all, great hardware but the software is obnoxious and needs improvement.

Love the Govee products, they work great on iPad and iPhone, cannot for the life of me get it to work on the Apple Watch, I am not a novice with these problems, tried multiple instillations phone, watch and visa versa. All I get is the message “ please log into Govee home app on iPhone first for more instructions” . Done that several times and nothing.

App is really easy to use optimises the Bluetooth connection well and easy to manage. The well layed format made setting up my Google Home with my lights really easy. Definitely recommend getting these Bluetooth lights as this app has everything it needs. Great stuff 👍

The app is very good and easy to use but it has some stupid features like if you are 1k away for example you can’t turn your led strips on you have to have a Bluetooth connection to them. The app is very polished and easy to yourself when you have a Bluetooth connection but If you are out of the house it will not work and the Alexa skill is not in australia so I can’t youse my led strips with Alexa so they’re is no point if you will youse them with Alexa
