How the application works: You can wait for more than hour searching driver. After they found a driver 80% of drivers would say that they would ride to you only if you would get them tips. It’s not problem for me to give it, but not if somebody ask for tip half of my order. They don’t moderate chats. The only way you can quit your order is to call their tech support, bcz of status. I can understand when my order is already preparing in kitchen, but you can’t cancel if they search for driver, and it would automatically close in 2(!) hours. Looks like scam, better use different delivery service
DO NOT use this app!
They charged money and didn’t delivered the food. After you ask for refund, they will ask you to contact with seller, but why? You took money and You should make refund, why I should to talk with your supplier?

Absolutely useless help center, where you can’t even tell what is the problem
worst delivery I've ever seen
We placed an order 3 times, once after 30 minutes the merchant canceled, the second time we waited 2 hours for delivery and 3 times the restaurant owner brought the delivery himself because he could not find a driver. Bali So awful
Illegal practices
Grab extorts biometric data (photo) from the client, and does it in the most vile way - not at the time of registration in the application, but when the client needs to call a taxi to the airport. Classic FBI and KGB practices
Never order food from them!!!!
You make an order, wait 1 hour, then it is always canceled! The worst app in Phuket! The worst support in the world!!!
Worst support service ever
Worst support service ever. I hope when the creators of this app will need and ambulance for them or their mothers they will have to do though same service as Grab support, just to give you an idea. You don’t have a support service if the clients can’t use it and can’t ask for help, technically.
Good taxi and awful food
couriers and drivers do their job well. but the restaurants and shops are terrible. The application does not show restaurant ratings and you need to read reviews. They constantly bring me food of terrible quality. A large number of negative reviews have been written about the restaurant, but no one turns them away from the service??? every 2nd cafe is terrible
