Great eastern team does respond, doesn’t provide update and highly customer unfriendly. They don’t process claims for 3-4 months and even after writing hundreds of email , no sign of claims getting processed. Most unprofessional customer experience. Don’t recommend it at all.

1) still can’t click on t&C button. 2) sometimes can’t even detect that I entered my password! 3) doesn’t even note on map where clinics are 4) GPS randomly stops working 5) camera stops working randomly

The mobile number field in the reset password workflow is disabled! OTP cannot be sent to your own number since the field is disabled

Try to reset or forgot password but cannot reset due to need to input existing password,how to input existing password?We already forgot it?Just make no sense.

Able to save details now which makes it easier. Pls make it even easier by giving us the option to unlock using Face ID or fingerprint.

Hi! It would be good if have biometric login

Totally unacceptable that can’t log in with SingPass while other ppl has no issue. Remain one star till this is fixed. Poor service.

It is hard to imagine this is an app in 2021. No face id, touch id integration. Could not remember username. It is always hard for me to login. I would have given 0 star but unfortunately one star is the minimum.

No face login ID, app crash multiple times therefore need to login multiple times with our complicated ID, pictures of the clinic is not updated.
