I can’t see or do anything in the app.
I’ve always had trouble with online banking through this bank. Password suddenly being “incorrect” randomly. Access being cut off fairly frequently for periods of time for “maintenece.” I have no idea what this “new update” was that left me unable to access any mobile banking whether app or web based for an entire weekend. But it’s god awful. The transaction list now just lists things in random order from different days. The displayed balance under every transaction even skips around. Touch ID has been pulled again. I do ALL of my banking via mobile because I don’t live in Hancock County anymore. Just going to a new bank all together tomorrow, honestly. It’s ridiculous.

Something as simple as Touch ID does not work. No response from developers here... so App not being maintained. Bank does not know how to fix. Need to look for bank that understands importance of mobile banking. So sad, otherwise nice bank.
Touch ID and Face Recognition, which are far more secure than a password, won't work anymore. I had to hunt around forever to find the bill pay option. The app crashes far to often. Its still lacking so many features other banks have had available for years, (mobile check deposit is a big missing feature) but at least it worked before the "update." GBC is a nice small town bank that needs to step into the 21st century of mobile backing world or people are going to go elsewhere. (I'm already looking!)
They need to get it together. Make it work already! Me and the countless other people who bank here are tired of this feature not working. It has been this way for a year or better. ALSO, we need person to person transfer in real time like every other bank has. Make it up to the future with us or we will find another bank that’s up to date.
With every “update” there is something that goes wrong. The Touch ID, which is more safe than a password, is gone with this so-called upgrade. There is no option to use it, as there has been in the past. They need to make up their mind as to whether or not they are actually going to have a user-friendly app that keeps important features. At the very least, a mobile-friendly website would be helpful.
I have tried everything to get my Pocket Bank APP to work. It's worked fine since I installed it... About a year ago? Now it crashes. I can't even get in. I have called the bank to no avail, uninstalled/reinstalled, went into my banking online account and redid settings, ... I'm disappointed 😟😁 I loved this APP and used it every day! Help!!
