I love Greenspoon for making village life easier, but Wells Fargo Kerugoya keeps disrupting my deliveries. A front office staff member named Steve is consistently arrogant and unprofessional, going on power trips with customers. His poor attitude has discouraged me from ordering at all. I hope he receives proper customer service training, as he seems to be a recurring issue.
