Process and experience was pretty smooth: placed an offer, received a slightly higher counter offer, accepted it, and the payment processed over the weekend and TV was shipped on a Tuesday. The TV was sold from a certified retailer which is great for warrantees. The retailer cardinal Cameras out of PA accepted my bid for a camera, charged my card and placed the order on back order. When I called them for an update they asked which camera I was purchasing and proceeded to say it was on back order. No explanation nothing. Greentoe clearly states that their retailers have the items in stock and ready to ship within 12-24 hours. This is not true. When I reached out to greentoe customer service they were of little to no help. They're just a middle man so not much they can do. Beware this app is a total scam.
