Download the app and the only function is to buy tickets - cannot log into my account or check my bookings … absolute waste of time the only thing the app provides is a picture off a ferry and an opportunity to pay Grimaldi money if you want to buy another ticket

e inutile a se’ e agli altri! Mancano alcuni porti e alcune tratte (es. Genova), l’assistente virtuale e’ perennemente in default, la logica costruttiva e’ superficiale e inefficace! Pessimo servizio prima ancora di iniziare! Complimenti al marketing e alla direzione generale!
