Gorgeous art, was totally blown away, the great quality. It is fairly short but that’s okay. The puzzles were really good, some were challenging to me but not too bad. Only thing I wish is that you could skip cutscenes, especially if you already watched them and are just replaying it gets annoying. I also wish after finishing that you could view how much you’ve completed of each level without walking around to the wall carvings. Thank you for the amazing game!
Undoubtedly more people would play and enjoy the game if it didn’t start off painfully slow with a pointless intro which you can’t skip!!
It’s a puzzle game at its core, but the scenes, color, and even the name tell such a beautiful story. My son loved the color aspect of it because we played Hue together. This was a pretty good talking piece in my little family about mental health, especially since my son is super sensitive. But this game was so well done! Speaking from the perspective of someone who has experienced great loss and manages depression and anxiety, the music and opening scene cued the overall theme to me immediately. I can only imagine it did the same for many others who played the game. One thing the really struck me is something that I tell myself when dealing with an episode of depression. Things only seem hard because you’re in the midst of it. Once you find the solution, it’s like “duh, why didn’t I think of this before?” Offering yourself a bit of grace and patience when going through something hard, regardless of what people on the outside are saying, is key to getting better, feeling better, and living better. Ultimately, I loved this game! Well done! I have to go back and get all the achievements but I honestly don’t mind playing it again.
Yeah, so I sat through a very long set of credits while she fell. Landed. Got her to move left (how come all the utube walkthroughs go to the right? She wont go that way for me.) Moved left. Stuck against a set of steps. Can’t do anything but stand up and fall down. Delete.
Absolutely beautiful game and soundtrack. It’ beautiful to look at and play; however, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the controls just do not work! It’s incredibly frustrating when I can jump on something one minute and then go back the next to do it again and I fall through the item I’m jumping on. I don’t know if it’s a bug issue or if it’s apart of the game style, but it’s incredibly difficult to play due to this.
The soundtrack and graphics are astonishing. I’m enjoying the experience lying on my bed playing this with.
This is one of the best games I have ever played in my life, it is spiritual, and the most beautiful game I have ever seen. I did have to look up some cheats but other than that I’m extremely satisfied with the experience.
Players who cannot hear or who listen to other content while playing, beware. Like a ‘50’s/60’s film, the developers have chosen to include a long, incomprehensible credits scene before any gameplay can begin. If there are audio cues or dialogue that explain this dreamlike app, subtitles are not available. Annoyingly, as the protagonist tumbles lazily and uncontrollably through the stratosphere, their voluminous maxi-dress ignores both gravity and fluid dynamics…strongly foreshadowing the design team’s disregard for both gaming conventions and any sort of rudimentary physics. Players are left with a disorienting and highly(over) stylized introduction, setting the stage for further your-guess-is-as-good-as-mine objectives and challenges. Kudos to the art department, but their efforts needed to be channeled into something more substantive than a slightly-interactive-sketch of a game.
pretty but very annoying controls. my thumbs are too fat and she keeps getting stuck because i accidentally swipe a lot. and very slow, like it’s a crawling pace, albeit i haven’t made it too far in so it definitely could change pace. not a game style i particularly enjoy, but i wanted to give it a try because of the art. also there’s like a 1 minute unskippable intro, and i don’t mind sitting through credits but it could have at least explained the controls a bit. if you enjoy slow exploration games this might be a hit for you but i honestly have no patience for games like this.
