Good app, but nobody likes subscriptions
Please add a lifetime one-time purchase option, however much that may cost
Great source of news!
Easy to use, you could actually see how information could be seen through the different lenses
Can't find how to cancel my subscription as I rarely use it
I rarely used it and now I want to cancel my subscription, but it is difficult to find out how to do it.
Right principles, wrong view
Strangely, there is no access option to increase font size. Perhaps the message is not to read news? If it were not for that, 5.
Fantastic app
Premium is worth it, if you are studying eco-politics, journalism or generally have a big interest in news from both right,left and central, major news sites
The best news source!
I have been using Ground News for almost a year now and really love it! It is a wonderful resource tool and helps understand where different viewpoints are coming from in media and helps put the whole picture together. Originally I was looking for fact checked unbiased sources and reporting. That was readily available on Ground. But then I also started looking at the ‘blind spot’ features and expand from my local news area to global news to gain perspective. Ground News is a tool I have recommended to many family members, friends and colleagues because it isn’t dependent on your specific views or location and allows you to explore the issues in a more informed and nuanced way.
New user two months in.
Still a bit concerned that I am not getting value, I will the continue for a few months before I cancel renewal. I had different expectations, app seem very top level.
Great app
This is a great app for scanning all news sources and the bias indicator is helpful. The subscription is well worth the money. Highly recommend Ground News
Great idea, too America centric
Love the concept, love the idea, love the app. .. But, the generic topics are extremely US centric. I have chosen topics, “Sweden, Ireland, International, and Politics”, and 80% of my feed is local US politics. Basically “Politics” means “US Politics” “Finance” means “US Finance” I don’t care about local elections in Arizona, or local financial situation in Atlanta.
