Довольно предвзятое ранжирование СМИ, удивительно было увидеть некоторые абсолютно леволиберальные агенства обозначенные как "правые". Даже до смешного доходит - идеологические наследники левых идей (ТАСС) к примеру обозначены как правые. И таких оказий много, особенно в отношении не американских СМИ. Французским, испанским, итальянским изданиям на английском наверно было бы интересно узнать что у них несколько радикальная позиция. Зато большинство американских СМИ (судя по этой выборке) - почти все центристы, со взвешенной позицией (конечно пример FOX очевидный, но это лишь отклонение от нормы). Ах да, это всё алгориитмы, никакой политики. Вот как надо преподносить информацию в новых реалиях - не важно, кто объективен, важно чтобы был консенсус.

I have been using Ground News for almost a year now and really love it! It is a wonderful resource tool and helps understand where different viewpoints are coming from in media and helps put the whole picture together. Originally I was looking for fact checked unbiased sources and reporting. That was readily available on Ground. But then I also started looking at the ‘blind spot’ features and expand from my local news area to global news to gain perspective. Ground News is a tool I have recommended to many family members, friends and colleagues because it isn’t dependent on your specific views or location and allows you to explore the issues in a more informed and nuanced way.

Still a bit concerned that I am not getting value, I will the continue for a few months before I cancel renewal. I had different expectations, app seem very top level.

This is a great app for scanning all news sources and the bias indicator is helpful. The subscription is well worth the money. Highly recommend Ground News

Love the concept, love the idea, love the app. .. But, the generic topics are extremely US centric. I have chosen topics, “Sweden, Ireland, International, and Politics”, and 80% of my feed is local US politics. Basically “Politics” means “US Politics” “Finance” means “US Finance” I don’t care about local elections in Arizona, or local financial situation in Atlanta.

Good idea and app layout. Any conflicting news channels that I want to view has restricted access. Seems counter productive if the app doesn’t allow access to blocked news channels.

Really enjoyable News app, very good with recommendations and excellent UI.
