I absolutely love the Grow with Jo app! As someone who used to struggle with staying consistent at the gym, this app has completely changed the game for me. The workouts are fun, beginner-friendly, and don’t feel intimidating at all ..yet they’re still super effective. Whether I’m doing a quick walk-at-home session or a targeted weight loss workout, Jo’s energy keeps me going every time. 💪

I also appreciate the variety .. there’s something for every mood, energy level, and time limit. Plus, the app layout is clean, easy to use, and the audio cues are super motivating. It feels like I’m working out with a friend rather than a drill sergeant!

If you’re looking for something realistic, uplifting, and easy to stick to, GWJ is worth every minute. Highly recommend it for anyone trying to build a consistent fitness habit without pressure.

But what I love about this app, it makes working out fun, realistic and something you can commit to long term. Even when you’re sick or lazy there’s a workout.
