Worst customer care ever. Complained about an order and the supervisor I was talking to said they wouldn't do anything for me. My delivery driver wasn't who they said was delivering on the app and my food was overcooked. Been having issues with Grubhub for a while and their customer service has gone down so much. It's not only a safety concern I had but a food issue as well.

I’m trying for the last time. Ordered 3 other times and have only gotten my food once. That was over the course of multiple days.

I rarely use Grubhub because I have never had an order be on time, they never honor their “Grubhub guarantee “ and the food is always cold and barely edible by the time you get it.

I had an issue with my pickup order where I was unable to pick it up, so I contacted support and after 2 tries I got my full refund. I understand it took a bit to get my refund considering my specific situation was a bit hard to understand, but I got the refund in the end regardless, and I appreciate that.

Outrageous that every time you advance a screen in the order process, they tack on an additional fee.

The driver was nice, but make sure if you ever order from them you’re not hungry because it takes at least two hours to get food. Oh and no scheduling ahead or picking your order up even though it’s an “option” you can’t. They asked if I wanted my money back I said yes. They gave it back in credit and gave me no options of resolution.

The upsell price that is charged for items then the fees on top is such a scam

At first everything was perfect and I was getting my food earlier than I thought I would and everything I ordered would be there. Then came orders three and four. I ordered shipleys because as a new stay at home mom who wakes up at ungodly hours I wanted donuts and the order was an hour late. All my stuff was there so I overlooked it. Then today. I ordered Taco Bell because I was craving it and my baja blasts were not a large like I paid for and it wasn’t baja blasts either. The food arrived cold and it took an hour again for it to get here. I don’t ever write reviews for things unless they’re really good or really bad and this is something I don’t think anybody should waste their money on.
