PLEASE MAKE IT TO WHERE I CAN CASH A CHECK over the weekend

It used to be great but all of a sudden the app stopped using Face ID so now I have to manually log in each time. This is very inconvenient when I’m in a rush. Please fix it!!

What’s the deal with the app crashing every time I try to open my checking account?? It’s fine logging in and I can open up my savings account, but as soon as I open my checking it kicks me out.

App not working after update can view all my accounts except primary draft account

It’s not working anymore, anytime I log in to look at my checking account it kicks me out, i don’t know why it’s doing that it used to work perfectly fine please fix this ASAP...

Please please please, support Apple Pay! Other than that it’s a good enough app to do your basic needs

Best app for banking I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing.

Does just what a mobile banking app should. Secure, simple access. Complete info about accounts and activity. Check images. Biometric login. Supports transfers. Easy check deposit. Works great in iOS, android, and the web.

This has to be the WORST mobile banking app out there. I’ve entered correct username and password and I’ve been told I have invalid credentials (same credentials I used to successfully log on three weeks ago). Asked to reset my password but would not allow me to enter email address. Moving my banking elsewhere.

After creating your new log in the app doesn’t allow you to log in. When prompt to use forget password, it doesn’t even have the correct info we entered to use to retrieve. This app is an epic fail so far.
