This is a great app for creating programmes and is very simple to use
The share feature does not seem to work as when I try to share workouts or folders with people who I am creating programs for they cannot open the links and the workouts do not appear in the app
Great free app with good timer
Doing routines from a PT that mix weight and duration works well. Thee are times for each set. The app is very basic but does it for me. I don’t need plate calculator or percentages or automatically increasing, just simple logging
Ok but some frustrations
First of all I like the concept of this app . It’s very usual to a point.
But let me list a few frustrations when using on my iPad in landscape mode (the mode I prefer due to case restrictions)
The keyboard obscures the log and there is no way to scroll to lift the log above the keyboard to enter reps and weight accurately.
There is no rename function for folders.
Some video links are broken.
There is no way to quickly adjust weights used without ending the workout and editing later. A quickly scroll wheel for changing values would be handy to, instead of having to type in values.

Seems like a good app but only works on cell service
Seems like it would be perfect but it won’t open on WiFi for me and my gym doesn’t have service. It includes everything I’m looking for like the set, reps, time. But You can create your own workouts and input exercises if they don’t already have it.
Initial impression, day 0
Pro: easy to write a workout plan. Uncluttered interface.
Con: keep getting bounced when i try to create a username. ‘Needs authentication, log back in’ error message. Logging out and logging back in does nothing. Still the same error. I didn’t get this for social though, so no biggie.
Needs Works
The elements of a good log app are there. It just needs some polish. Rest timer is basically non functional. Needs to be able to keep screen on.
Does not save all information
I add information about my workout such as the weight and reps and hit save. When I come back to the workout, it saves some information but not all that I enter. Not sure why it won’t save all the info I enter. Not a very good log.
Best Fitness App Ever!
Easily the best, most intuitive, and feature-packed app in the fitness genre. I’ve used Strava, Map My Run, Garmin, FitBit, StrongLifts, and many more fitness and exercise-centered apps. This is my absolute favorite. The workout-building interface has done away with ever needing to return to spreadsheet workout tracking too! Love it.
Odd layout
Kinda awkward to use. Timer has no audible tone when it’s ended (that I could find)
Exercises are in a list at the top. Not next to the rep count in the list. Only app I’ve ever seen set up this strangely
