Keeps logging me out

This would be a great app if only it worked. Classes show vacancies but are full when you try to book. More bizarrely, the app offers to put you on a wait list for the class but no wait list exists! The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app but the fix is short lived and you need to uninstall and reinstall multiple times per week. I think lack of competition is the only thing keeping them in business. Concept is good but execution is extremely poor.

For some reason it tells me to write down my gmail for password reset, and yet they don’t send anything to my gmail

Glitches every day. Super buggy, always crashes. Most annoying app to use.

App is constantly glitching and reloading the page every few seconds. I have removed the app and downloaded it again but the problem has not been resolved. Please fix your app

This is a terrible app. It crashes everyday as the class booking time opens and by the time it’s recovered the desired class is full. Any software update takes weeks to resolve. If you’re an organisation considering this don’t buy this unless you want constant complaints from customers that they can’t utilise their gym membership because if the app, and your reception staff doing IT support.

Steaming hot pile of buggy garbage. Crashes often. Glitches back to Home Screen in middle of scanning classes. Glitches on calendar screen. Crashes when classes open at my gym. Doesn’t update calendar event when I change class

Amazing app besides the fact it can only sync with Apple calendar what about third parties like TimeTree?

Easy to navigate & use

Having the GymMaster App helps keep me motivated and committed to my gym sessions! I love the ability to book at anytime of the day - usually once I have a clear picture of my commitments for the next few days - and once I book a class I feel compelled to attend. 🌺
