Zu dem hängt der Chat mit der ai manchmal. Es wäre auch gut wenn man individuelle Aufgaben der täglichen Routine hinzufügen könnte. Die workouts sind nicht so toll… Also als all in one app ist sie noch nicht so ausgereift. Die Artikel über Ernährung sind super man lernt viel und auch das richtige anwenden. Gute App aber für mich ist der Preis aber einfach zu hoch. -- kfkdlfg, 2025-05-03 ### ***** "Nicht billig - aber toll" Ich nutze Gyroscope schon seit einer Reihe von Jahren. Ursprünglich war ich auf der Suche nach einer Alternative von Moves, was nach dem Aufkauf durch Meta unbenutzbar geworden ist. Seit dem habe ich Gyroscope immer mal wieder getestet, mit den unterschiedlichsten Abos. War ein häufiges auf und ab. Lange wollte ich die App mögen, aber irgendwas hat nicht gepasst zwischen uns. Das hat sich mittlerweile geändert, gerade seit AI ins Spiel gekommen ist. Wie zu erwarten, lässt die App einen manchmal Schmunzeln, manchmal mit dem Kopf schütteln. Aber ich bin dabei geblieben - ein externer Impuls war nötig, aber jetzt läuft es mit beeindruckenden Ergebnissen (13kg runter - und ich bin in der besten Form meines Lebens). Das ist sicher nicht nur Gyroscope zuzuschreiben, aber der Service hat sicherlich einen guten Anteil daran. Ich bin überzeugt, auch wenn es recht teuer ist, die Übersetzungen nur teilweise sind und es immer wieder merkwürdige Effekte gibt („Es ist noch früh am Morgen und du hast bereits 7 Schritte gemacht!“) Die App wird fleißig weiter entwickelt. Mal sehen, wohin die Reise noch geht. -- lordelvis, 2025-03-03 ### **--- "Buggy und teuer" Beim Anmelden kann man nicht scrollen, die Tastatur verdeckt den Button. Beim Anmeldeprozess kommen Fehlermeldungen, die App crasht. Beim zweiten Versuch kommt man durch die Dialoge aber irgendwie scheint die App einfach nur die Daten aus Apple Health in einem User Interface anzuzeigen und relativ schnell will man fast 25 € pro Monat haben -- helicopter2012, 2024-10-17 ### ***** "A compass for a healthier and happier life" I love the app, because it helps to improve awareness of how your lifestyle feeds back to your mental health and physical wellbeing. And it does so in a convenient and playful manner. Better than any of the different apps or methods I tried. The app is actively developed, regularly incorporating sensible features from user feedback. What really stands out is the vast resource of science based literature/guides to support understanding of why certain behavior is proposed. It helps to get a holistic view of your body, behavior and the resulting impact. It seems like you have to have notifications enabled to get into the app, which then becomes their 24/7 entry gate to "remind" you of themselves and their feature and whatnot. I don't even have an issue with their first week free then automatic 100€/year upfront payment.
