## HAE & Me Description
Pharming Healthcare, Inc. is excited to offer the HAE & Me app to all patients who are living with hereditary angioedema (HAE). In this app you will find tools and resources to help you track and manage your disease and to help you share more information with your doctor.

This free app provides

- educational resources and motivational support
- information you can share with your local emergency staff
- an interactive journal and analysis tool that you can share with your doctor
- access to a library of videos, including real patient stories and tips

We value patient privacy; any information you store in the app is secured in a HIPAA-compliant database. We never sell your information to third parties or see personally-identifiable information. See the terms and services agreement for the full picture.

In addition to the above resources, the app contains educational material regarding our acute HAE treatment.
