Hair of the Dog is inspired and influenced by the classic 90s point & click adventure games, from its retro pixel-art style to its irreverent, sarcastic humour. This exquisitely voiced comedy provides an hour of frivolous point & click goodness like no other.
Play in real time
This game can be played in "real time". Meaning that if you play between the hours of 8pm - 8am some of the scenes, objects, actions and characters differ to those found during the rest of the day. Of course, if you don't want your game to last several months, you can enable "Time skip" mode in the game's settings.

• Control time – but beware it comes at a cost!
• From Louse-tamers to street urchins, you'll encounter a cast of colourful characters.
• Explore rich environments with an abundance of witty retorts to almost everything you can point your cursor at.
• Enjoy the distinctive and beautifully realised voice acting (English)
• Travel instantly between scenes with a double-click.
• Having trouble? Just hit the space bar to get a sneaky peek of each scene’s hotspots.

A proper old-school point and click with no ads - a fabulous gaming experience and wish there were more like this. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant!
A classic point and click - funny, not too difficult and fairly quick (took me about an hour and a bit, but I have played lots of these types of games) the voice acting was superb and I appreciated being able to speed up both the walking and the talking. Definitely recommend!

Simple, fun, charming and all round worth the time.. just make sure to read the “How to Play” first 😅
Really great little game
I loved it. Old school point and click adventure with just about the right amount of madness and silly solutions but still enough to fathom out what to do. Voice acting was impressive too and I loved the characters. Took me back to “the good old days” of gaming! Can’t wait for your full game!
No Adverts - Absolute Fun
What a brilliant game. No adverts and a brilliant game giving a throwback to my favourite genre of games - point-and-click.
