Il faut attendre 48h pour pouvoir demander un remboursement, et si on n’oublie pas de demander le remboursement il faut payer 1,90€ de « taxe ». Le prix des consommations sur place est honteusement élevé (6€ le minuscule cornet de frite) à boycotter

Token system is rigged to take your money.
Very complex system to take your money back. 
They said that the tokens can be used in 6 months period or refunded in a very short time frame requiring a high fed for it. 
After a while your tokens will disappear also because must as well think about the fiscal year of Belgium.
Is robbery - do like me steals or break something inside as you can to recover what they have stolen😉

Very bad app and you can only get a refund 48 after the event till 4months. Why 48hours? So we would forget it! Kloppen geld uit uw zaken waar je bij staat

They will use every possible way to take your money.

Buy ticket: pay a fee
Top up: pay a fee
Drinks: overpriced
Refund: pay a fee
Get refund: Due date and communication via only social media, no email no messages.
Customer service: Offers no other alternatives. Pretty blunt.

Very disappointed.

Betalen met tokens via de app ging niet op het festival, pech als je al tokens gekocht had via de app. Refund aanvragen kost geld. Bovendien was de prijs van een token hoger op het festival dan in de app, dus ik vermoed dat de “panne” om te betalen met de app eerder te maken had met het prijsverschil.
