App will change odds on you as soon as you submit with no notification. Has happened multiple times.  They do nothing about it. Never use hard rock.  They will also close your account before you get your money back because you call these scammer and thieves out for stealing from you.  Stay as far away from these con artists as possible.  I’m filing a complaint with the FGCC.

Honestly had no problem with the app and its functions. I deposited money no problem. I won a couple hundred, have now been trying to withdraw it for 2 days. Every customer service person iv talked to has given me the same steps and when I tell them it didn’t work. They try to tell me to deposit money through Venmo or PayPal. They told me to call my bank that my bank declined it. I call my bank they said no transaction showed up besides them withdrawing the money from my account. Honestly I just think this app is a scam at this point, if I don’t get my money in a few days I will be filing a fraud charge for the money they had no problem taking from my account. Possibly contacting my lawyers for fraud.

Worst customer service ever they took 200 dollars out of my bank and never put it in my hard rock account. Then they tried to charge me 200 dollars after I filed a claim and my bank got my money back. They still haven’t fixed anything and their customer service team has to be some of the dumbest people I’ve ever talked to.

Really solid app I rarely encounter any bugs or performance issues. Cash outs are quick via paypal for me so no complaints there. I wish there were a few more promotions but it being the only legal app in FL they probably aren't too pressed to offer them.

One big feature that I love is the ability to stream certain events in the app. I hope the developers will add an option to “fullscreen” these streams instead of a small picture-in-picture window. Its hard to see the Table Tennis on that itty bitty little window!

Other than more social features (live chat on streams) the app works well for what it does and I have no complaints aside from the rare bug or long cash out time. Solid gambling app.
