Cash outs are quick via paypal for me so no complaints there. I wish there were a few more promotions but it being the only legal app in FL they probably aren't too pressed to offer them. One big feature that I love is the ability to stream certain events in the app. I hope the developers will add an option to “fullscreen” these streams instead of a small picture-in-picture window. Its hard to see the Table Tennis on that itty bitty little window! The experience is decent until you need to contact customer service. I have encountered a significant number of frustrating experiences when trying to get things done or updated. Even something as simple as updating a phone number or renewing the expiration date of an old card can be a hassle. I had to wait several days to a week just to update my phone number. Generally, payouts are quick and easy; however, on two occasions, I had to reach out to customer service because the payout on their end was They had to cancel the withdrawal, and I had to initiate it again. Keep in mind that I had to wait a few days just to see if the issue would resolve itself. It's quite frustrating. Additionally, I often find myself contacting customer support due to random logouts. They occur unexpectedly, and you can't log back in for a while, only to regain access seemingly at random. They claim it's just a security check, but it becomes quite inconvenient when you are actively betting or trying to cash out.
