I’ve complained about it multiple times but no one in the company cares and the restriction makes no logical sense at all. So when I’m in Canada visiting while roaming, I can’t use the app??? I saw the menu on my phone and I thought this was great. And then I tried to use. I was driving around and it wasn’t working. For the life of me, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. So I recently downloaded it again in my home and it seemed to work. Once again, I tried using it while driving around and it didn’t work. So I thought maybe it requires Canadian cellular service. So I switched over to cellular data on my Canadian sim line, and it worked. But then the credit card, AMEX, wasn’t allowed to purchase. So this app will not let you use the American Express card and you have to be on a Canadian cellular line/data line in order to use the application. -- Majkboy, 2025-08-23 ### *---- "App doesn’t launch" When I go in it just tells me “uh-oh” and gives a pop-up. Even after tapping closed the pop-up it just come back and I can never actually get into the app. It’s been this way for easily 3 months or so now. Chatting with IT is useless, they don’t care.
