I have tried to give this app the most positive reviews mostly because I love their coffee, but this app…this app has just given me headaches every time I use it. For one, when I get logged out of my account, I try to log back in and it crashes. I don’t understand why it would do that and so it makes it impossible to use my available funds I load onto the card. The second reason I dislike this app is once I have ordered for curbside pickup, if I ever were to accidentally close the app, I go back to it and the screen where you’re supposed to notify the store that you have arrived just DISAPPEARS. So I’d have to go into the store to let the employees know that. Overall I love the coffee but this app definitely needs a bit of work.

Coffee is Important. Havana never lets me down. I haven’t been to Starbucks in a couple of years! Even traveling I yearn for my Shaken espresso with cream and brown sugar. The sweetest coffee is here!

The app has been broken for over a month. Not able to use wallet or make orders and has become completely useless, unfortunately

This app had been easy to use and convenient for placing mobile orders, refilling card, and leaving tip. Yesterday, I went to place order. 1. Wasn’t able to check how much credit I had for my account. 2. Wasn’t able to place mobile order with the app. 3. Employee was aware and acknowledged that the app wasn’t working and that I could place the order in store. Please fix.

On drinks with whipped cream the default is to come with no whipped cream som you have to add it when you order ahead which is fine. But when you’re someone like my girlfriend who doesn’t want whipped cream and you selected “none” on the option it doesn’t show up on the sticker on the side of the drink that goes to the employees to make the drink so it always ends up coming with whipped cream even though you select none. She always scrape it off but last time she did she scraped off the whipped cream into the trash can but the drink slipped out of her hands and went everywhere and yeah she cleaned it up but the employees said nothing oh and there was no drip coffee ready when we ordered 20 minutes in advance which is ridiculous for a black coffee that’s pretty simple right? But back to the point of spilling the coffee that wouldn’t have happened if the app correctly put no whipped cream on the order.

Simple and easy to use app. An option to add a pup cup would be awesome.

I use this ALL the time, but Mon May 2 it stopped working. Brings up a blank, white screen and that’s it.😢

App is very intuitive and looks exactly like starbucks one. Works well and drinks are ready on time. However, I understand the company wants to make money and im sure this may be coming in the future but you need to let us make one time purchases instead of reloading money. I am a casual drinker and dont want to “reload” $10 for a 3$ drink.

I love this app! It’s user friendly and you can’t beat the great rewards offered. Just for downloading you get a free drink and free reusable cup, no purchase necessary.

This is the golden standard of apps. Simple, easy to use and it works! So glad you guys finally got an app! Now please work on opening another store in the Valley or Newhall area!!
