There are so many bugs and you get very annoyed that year after year after all appstore constructive reviews regarding this that you still haven’t been able to figure out the bugs. 

For example just now - I had a lot of shows downloaded and when I tried to start one of the episodes it loaded for a long time and then telling me that I had no WiFi - but that is the whole point of downloading offline episodes (yes I had a check mark on the episode) and then I was thrown out of the app and also logged out. When logging in again all the shows where gone. (No it haven’t been 30 days either so they should still be allowed to play, and yes I still have a active account)

The app is poorly executed. It’s changing content and jumps to another program. Often a lot of lagging. Subtitles lagging. What’s even worse is that despite pointing this out it’s no change. Instead they have put a lot of effort in to shooting commercials about their own shows when you are trying to watch you program. Even if you pay a subscription. Meaning, you  have to endure 30 seconds of commercials often the same content every time you start the app. In summary the shows are great but their execution, customer experience and technical development are extremely bad. If I would find an app with same content I would change directly. I would suggest not to use this and try to find something else if you want to see the shows
