I bought a one-off subscription to Bramham Horse Trials, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with the coverage. There were a few falls, run-outs and refusals, but quite a lot of these were missing (even though there were cameras at the relevant jumps). I can understand not showing if there were injuries, but as far as I’m aware all horses and riders are OK, so I don’t see why they weren’t shown. Watching mistakes can be educational for those wanting to learn and improve their riding. I also had no end of problems loading the content (this happened when I subscribed a couple of years ago, so sad to see it hasn’t improved). Overall, rather disappointing.

I can’t say anything good about this app, on several occasions I have had messages come up saying I’m not a subscriber despite the fact I’m being billed as such, when I email to complain they just tell me I am a member.. but no resolution. When I am able to access it, it’s near impossible to navigate and searches don’t even show what I’m looking for. Original content is also naff and dated with poor production quality

Tried to watch a live event, worked fine initially and then 'cannot stream' error appeared. And could not get the app to work even with numerous restarts etc. I'll attempt a refund but it's an example of a very poor app. I do not recommend.

I’m afraid to say the new updated version of this app is awful. I can never get it to fully load whether I am on wi-fi or using my data. The only thing I can get to work is the live events. There is no search function to find what you are looking for either. The old app wasn’t great but at least I could eventually find and watch everything I wanted too.

Running on an iPad, since the last update it refuses to open, simply get a never ending refresh icon and a message saying failed to load. Really shabby guy’s, quite simply isn’t fit for purpose and a very poor customer experience 🤷‍♀️ I never write reviews, I’ve waited a month for it to be sorted, someone should be shot for letting this loose on your user community.

So unnecessarily stressful to use, logging in takes me about 2 hours every time, I have to reset my password about 4 times and then it will say I don’t have a subscription on my TV but works fine on my phone. Lots of subscriptions should mean you’d have this all sorted by now!

Despite requesting that they delete my credit card details following a one-off annual purchase, they have insisted that they are entitled to hold my credit card details for the duration of the subscription, despite turning off the automatic renewal (an option that is hard to locate). In the end I had to cancel my credit card and get a replacement card to circumvent this. Beware!!!
