Changed from NIB who has a far superior app, this is a web app that’s not native to iOS I suspect? Also to not have an ability to add your card to Apple Wallet is not ideal. Please make this feature available as soon as possible.

But here’s the real kicker directly from a billion dollar company, this impacts privacy, 2FA and is a 0/5 failure!

Only the primary policyholder can currently log in to the app. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand giving access to other adults on your membership is important and we're currently working to make that happen. We'll update members as soon as multiple login access becomes available.”

Your hearing aid benefit does not clearly indicate that it increases by years of membership. I am 78 and have been a member for 7yrs. It is highly unlikely that I will live another 13th s to receive the maximum $1600 payout. You should consider reducing the time by 50% as I reckon 10yrs would be a fairer loyalty recognition

I've been trying to organise travel insurance through this app. When selecting which countries I'm travelling to, I get taken a to blank white screen that HCF Thank You. Nothing loads, this has happened over multiple days and devices. I am at a loss, seems like you don't want my money because this app appears to have been developed in pre-industrial times

This app tries to be helpful but is just a facade. It is slow and unresponsive. It takes more than usual to move between areas of the app. Loading my hcf card is just not working. I have tried using the app on two different phones with the same response.
