Some audiobooks are mismatched

No way to report wrong content. When in 8 chapters I hear conclusion as second. There is something wrong.

Be careful when subscribing

The app is ok, but their subscription practices are criminal. I bought a 3 month subscription And wirhout prior warning the subscription was renewed for PREMIUM, with double the initial price. A fair And honest business partner would not use this kind of practices.

Worst experience

After canceling my subscription in the app, they charged me again with full price after I canceled it and deleted the app. Of course, no refund.

Lot of low quality content

So I read over 90 summaries using this app. It was okay for a first few weeks. But you run out of interesting content quite quickly, majority of the book summaries are simply not that interesting or not that valuable. While the concept of “microlearning” sounds promising I dont think that rushing through a 20 book summaries in a month actualy have a lasting impact on you. I feel is definetelly not worth the cost of subscription, even though I gave it a good try over the course of 8 months. Oh and one more thing, if you try it be careful to cancel your subscription on time. Other services are usualy more kind to you when you forgot to cancel your subscription on time, and they are willing to give you a refund for your last payment if you are one day into a monthly subscription. But Headway take their “no refund” policy very seriously.

After registration you are prompted to “add inforgraphics” if you dont read carefully the fine print it actually means you are buying stuff (non-refundable also), there is no “purchase” keyword or any confirmation as to that you are spending real money on something. After writing to support they said they can not help me and will not refund me these unwanted purchases

Paid subscription but it’s not working

I have paid the subscription, but the app is not showing i have full access. tried contacting support, got the response for the first time, but the issue was not resolved. Second and third e-mail to the initial ticket i have not got any response… Maybe after this review, somebody will finally take a look at my issue and i can at least use what’s left of my subscription. If you don’t mind loosing 50Eur in the process, feel free to subscribe. For me - never again!
