Application is not opening after installation on iPhone.

The app does not work. I’m sick and require immediate treatment. Without displaying my insurance details I cannot get treatment. How can a medical app is so badly maintained.

The application very bad . They deactivated my account and there is not mean to get activated back. How they expecting me to get updated ok my medical records . They don’t even send msg post approval . Only they only send msg when they receive the request for approval. Bad application and worse health insurance

I can’t use the app it keeps loading “Rate Us” page, I did the rating already but still the same

The app is not working on Iphone 15.

I called the hotline to ask about eligible clinics He told me to download the app and check I downloaded the registered successfully When i try to login nothing happens on the app Tried using the website login same issue

Everytime i want to check the status of my claim it doesnt work just keeps on loading for hours i tried keeping d app open to chk wether it might work within sometime bt it doesnt I cant check my approval status at all i want to chk the details bt still nothing

The app is not opening, rarely it opens otherwise always taking ages in loading.

IS THIS APP FOR MEDICAL SERVICES ALREADY IS IT MEAN IT USE FOR EMERGENCY? Actually if I can rate it by zero I will I Don't know what you doing there. - location for hospital notworking and I you been lucky and found the place navigation sure will not working( it's show me my location BTW I know where) - I already you have permission for user location why don't sort places by distance (Oops forgot you don't know the location of your net work). - even I can't to take names as copy to Google it. BTW the application same in IOS and Android

The submit button at cash claims does not work. You add all the needed info, but can’t subit. Nothing happens whem tou tap on the submit button. This is annoying as 360 customer services refuses to take claims via email.
