HealthFit provides advanced running power analysis with the automatically estimated critical power, the weighted average power, the power distribution chart by 25W Increments and the mean maximal power chart which shows your best average power for time periods of one second up to the length of your run.

TSB has limitations would have been great to allow parametrized values for recovery constants and fatigue to baseline constants such that each person can define its own parameters this oss because i changed my training program to a a more resistance training from running and my performance drops although my fitness improves s as i can feel this so if i would knew this from the start would not rely on those metrics i learned some things from this app which is a good thing.

Later edit: in response to developer reply

Stephane before you start giving advice please rephrase that TSB model is the weakest one from the aforementioned models. as written on wiki the performance drops with heavy training following this model, that being said the athlete FORM which stands for how performant an athlete is will drop. i asked because i know is quite simple from a dev perspective to introduce 2 variables that let the athlete customize its own recovery fatigue ratios. it is weak model. bannister model is much tested and better tthan TSB model.

i guess i learned enough to manage my own performance teacher. 💯
