I keep getting kicked out of the app when trying to execute chronic application or specialist referral.

App doesn’t allow you to do certain functions. It also don’t capture the data which is inserted for the care programs. App needs to be upgraded

The login process is extremely annoying. Every time one exits the app between patients, or the iPad closes, the app becomes none responsive and loses the internet connection. Entering a medical aid member number fails every time without ever self correcting. This forces the user to close the app and login again. This may also be related to a change in WiFi or 3G connection. The login is a painfully slow 8 step process that asks every time whether to use biometric ID. Poor programming - certainly discourages the use use of the app. End up logging in about 10 times per day. Drug search does not search for generic drug name- could be better. A number of drugs are missing although not new drugs. The login is still a major problem. Requires 2 logins every time Latest update 7.0.7 crashes and closes whenever pathology results are accessed.

Most user unfriendly app ever created. Don’t work on most times. Finger Id don’t work. Recurrent freezes. Have to close al the time and reopen continually. Call me function doesn’t exist. Newest update on IPad , can’t lock in because no keypad available to lock in. Poor,poor app. Only frustrating myself daily with something Discovery forced onto me.

HealthID is not launching on new iPad Pro. Pathology results still a hit and miss process. Great concept in principle but the execution still needs work.

App not linking me, cannot find my practice number. Discovery IT personnel told me I have to buy new tablet. Made sure I am on latest version OS and current wth updates. Loosing patients, loosing my practice.

Needs to be upgrade with other forms such specialist and x-Ray. Overall, best app ever!!!!! Continue with the great job

The app is still quite young. It does provide some good information and the concept of an electronic health record is great. Currently there is no way of registering oncology patients or applying for oncology meds. Hospital pre-authorization is also not possible. I hope to see this app improved over the next few months. Still worth the download.
