Intermittent Bluetooth connectivity
Hi, This is an FYI to both the app and hearing aids developers. I am seeing intermittent start up connection to Bluetooth. It happens on about 10% of startups. I see the blinking (not connected) Bluetooth icon on the app…but receive the fully charged 3 tone audio signal when tapping on each hearing aid icon on the app. My hearing aids are NEW…still in the 45 day trial. I am also sending this to my Hear.com agent to hopefully get them involved…or at minimum to document the issue. I am trying to be proactive with a product I need. I understand that this hardware, software and wireless technology makes end users like myself “your beta testers”.
