Bonne application avec beaucoup de potentiel, j'apprécie particulièrement la fonctionnalité calculant le 1RM. Cependant, il manque certains détails importants, ce qui m'oblige à continuer d'utiliser d'autres applications. Il est regrettable de ne pas pouvoir ajouter de notes pour chaque série (par exemple, les réglages de l'appareil, le RPE, des points spécifiques, etc.), ce qui est pourtant fondamental dans un carnet d'entraînement. De plus, l'historique des résumés de séances est trop simpliste, ne présentant que les poids et les répétitions. Il serait utile d'inclure également les temps de repos, la durée totale de la séance, etc., qui sont des indicateurs précieux pour le suivi de la progression. Par ailleurs, l'application présente quelques bugs, comme le désordre aléatoire lors de l'ajout de séries à un exercice. Bien que ce soit l'application la plus fluide que j'ai utilisée, l'absence de certaines fonctionnalités, par rapport à l'utilisation d'une feuille et d'un stylo, est regrettable.
