Helium Mobile

I been seeing phone plans prices lately and them prices be around $40 - $140. I can say when I ran into this company this is the best affordable phone plan you will ever get. And the best part about this they are under the T Mobile network. T Mobile have been improving their services and towers especially for 5G. I love how they keep this under 1 plan only for $20, you can’t beat that at all. And you do get unlimited talk & text and data. The only down fall I have is when you go over 30GB of data your connection to the internet will slow down. So if you have home internet or around a area with WI-FI your good. It is eSIM compatible and you can request a SIM card for free which also come with free shipping. Other than that this is the best plan you will ever get and I hope this stay like this for future reference.

I have already ported my number and am ready to install the eSIM on my iPhone 15 Pro. However, I encounter a problem: whenever I click “continue” to install eSIM, it keeps redirecting me back to the home page of my plan. I then select Install eSIM again, but it just returns to the home page, preventing me from completing the eSIM installation process.

Withdraw feature never works , can't claim mobile rewards, devs and support are no help, phone service is 5/10 at best data works when it wants to, voice service is decent, uses others towers but not all so expect plenty of no signal

We need this fixed for the Pokemon Mon community

The customer service is terrible.. The mapping doesn’t work flawlessly.. and your phone doesn’t always connect to the wifi.. instead of adding a store to the app they need to fix the bugs if they really want the masses to come..

This app and the whole concept behind it is next level! Am example of what can happen when great minds are put together 🙇🏻‍♀️

Cant claim tokens. Family members can’t login anymore. It’s always a new issue and support can’t help.

I am trying to switch my number from Helium to another operator and they have not released my number for 1.5 days and I cannot use my number and phone for 1.5 days because of Helium. They don't even have a phone number for me to call, their live support line is not available at night, during the day they answer with a 10 minute wait, and when they answer, they cannot offer you any solution and they just say they will forward it to their technical team, but I am sure they don't even have a technical team. I will file a lawsuit against them.

Can’t pay with MOBILE, used to be able to. They blame Solana network congestion, but my other apps send and receive with quickness. The only reason they don’t get 1 star is because the price still is attractive for the service. They better get it together because Chirp is coming for $5/mo and on the SUI network. UPDATE: the prepay finally went through, but only after market dipped and I ended up having to use more MOBILE.

Won’t let me use my tokens to pay bill, still not fixed after the update, if not fixed by the weekend I will cancel the plan
