Simple et rapide pour vous et votre client, Hello Pay Pro vous permet d’encaisser un paiement par carte avec ou sans contact. Vous n’avez plus qu’à envoyer le reçu par email !
Souscrivez l’offre Hello Pay Pro, la nouvelle solution d’encaissement proposée par Hello bank! et bénéficiez :

### **--- "Nécessite beaucoup beaucoup d’amélioration basique"
Ça fait un mois que je l’utilise 
Je me retrouve face des difficultés qui date de deux ans en lisant les commentaires. Donc aucune correction ou amélioration n’a été apportée. : 

- mode paysage indisponible (je dois à chaque fois basculer l'iPad entre Booksy/planity et hello Pay pro.)

- rubrique transactions aurait besoin de plus d’option exemple :
montant total encaissé par jour, semaine mois ou année.

-mode passe enregistré ( il faut à chaque fois rentrer le mdp c’est pénible)

- latence entre TPE et l’application trop importante.

- les transactions journalières sont consultables sur l’application à j+1 c’est pas logique ( a la fin de journée je dois attendre le lendemain pour voir la liste )

### ***-- "Il y a du chemin à faire"
L’application fait le boulot, mais n’est pas agréable à utiliser. 

Un bip qui indique « paiement accepté », le même bip qui indique « paiement refusé ».

Le temps de connexion au TPE extrêmement long.

Obligation de se connecter au terminal pour gérer ses transactions et télécollectes.

Bref, il y a encore énormément de chemin à faire pour que l’on arrive à la cheville de SumUp. 

Seul point positif, la qualité du boîtier TPE metalisé qui a vraiment l’air robuste, sans chichi et dont il est plaisant d’utiliser.

### *---- "TPE et logiciel à revoir"
L’application et TPE bien en deçà de la concurrence malgré un prix d’achat plus élevé et un taux identique aux autres. l’ergonomie n’est absolument pas au rendez vous, pire ce système d’encaissement fait perdre un temps colossal et n’est pas adaptés aux entreprises souhaitants faire des encaissements fréquents. 

Points à revoir :

- Moyen de connexion, il est nécessaire de réécrire systématiquement son mot de passe pour se connecter à l’application à chaque paiement.

- Temps de connexion au TPE long, il faut compter 30 bonnes secondes pour pouvoir commencer à saisir le montant .

- L’autonomie laisse à désirer le TPE se décharge complètement toute les semaines et cela même si on ne l’utilise pas ou peu.

- paiement sans contact situé au dos de l’appareil, nécessite donc de retourner le terminal pour recevoir le paiement 

- Tickets par mail uniquement pas de ticket par SMS possible 

-Le prix d’achat du TPE est de 94,80€, malgré un remboursement de 40€ le mois suivant cette appareil reste encore plus cher que ses concurrents pour un appareil similaire.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas la somme de fin de journée et qu'il faille du coup additionner toutes les caisses. Pour une banque c'est quand meme moyen non ?
Temps de connexion trop long ?
Paiement sans contact au dos du lecteur ?!

Pas du tout dans le coup face a la concurrence dommage.

Fais le job mais selon moi il y a trois évolutions minimes à mettre en place rapidement mais qui manquent : 
-possibilité de passer en affichage paysage pour l’iPad 
- identification avec Face ID 
- Envoi du ticket par sms 
Merci de mettre en place ces évolutions pour que nous gagnions en productivité et facilité d’utilisation au quotidien 

Par ailleurs quand le paiement est refusé le bip du terminal devrait être différent d’un paiement valide

Serait il possible de mettre en place un moyen de connexion plus rapide. Pas possible d’enregistrer le mot de passe ou de se connecter avec Face ID. L’écran n’est pas adapté au dernier iPhone.
