Terrible APP

Not worth using. Info isn’t always correct and half of the time it doesn’t even load any info for the shows or mini clubs that are on.

Not fit for purpose

Attempting to look at various options for some winter sun. Having viewed one possibility, in order to look at others the app freezes and has to be deleted and reinstalled every time. Hope this problem can be resolved.

Waste of your holiday time.

If you really want this app , Just give your phone to a member of staff. You need a reference code you don’t have anyway!! After you realise it has no use whatsoever delete it!! What an app!

Helps your stay

Helps your stay allows you to do a pre registration and also gives you bar, restaurant information.Aslo let’s you know the entertainment in the hotel during your stay. Automatically connects you to hotels WI-FI and the App is not as bad as some are saying on here.We go to Arona Gran 2/3 times a year and use it regularly

Unable to even register an account as it just says booking not found

Needs a lot of improvement

Fillingl in date of birth, check-in date etc has a stupid calendar that takes ages to scroll back. You need to be able to put these in manually. App locks up regularly I won’t even try the digital key using the phone !

Poor software- Great hotel.

Struggled to get the app to work. Reception were helpful but struggled also. Eventually managed to access the App, but then it froze. Left it for a few hours. Still frozen and unable to unlock. Had to delete the app. Will I be wasting my holiday trying to go through this hassle again?? Err no. Such a shame because the hotel (Arona Gran) is superb and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, just get an App that’s useful and works please Spring Hotels!!

Doesn’t work so no way of knowing what’s happening!

Doesn’t work despite registering using two different email addresses and deleting and reloading app. No info in rooms so relying on this app to tell us what’s happening when but app not working and screens in hotel (Bitacora) are all blank, this is having a massive impact on the enjoyment of our holiday.

Rubbish App!

Useless!! Doesn’t even let you register let alone log in and use! Such a shame as the hotel itself is amazing.

I have tried on my phone and i pad and it just doesn’t work.
