What kind of app nowadays still need you to login every time you use the app.

Jackie was fantastic. I spoke with her about my bereavement. I lost my mum to Alzheimer’s in February this year. Jackie listened to me and gave me great advice and understanding. I feel better for it and I know she is there for me if I need to chat again. Jackie helped me to process my grief and to look back at all the good times I had with my mum. The principle is great. You can book an appointment with the doctor online and have a consultation. But the app is very poorly written: - works only on AppStore in the UK, so if you are foreigner in the UK, it doesn’t work - you have to login each time you open the app - the login page is external - you need to accept the terms and conditions every time you launch the app - once a consultation is booked, you can’t change it. You need to cancel it and restart everything - you don’t see more than 2 slots for a time, the slot selection is very difficult to use - there is no way to get out of the consultation apart from killing the app and restart - the consultation can be joined only 2-3 minutes before start and the app there does some network test. So you are lucky If you are on time.

I’m sure the Unum app is probably good enough but they’ve stupidly implemented a block on pasting to the password field during registration, meaning I can’t use my password safe (Dashlane) to apply a strong unguessable password. Lord save us from short sighted security professionals.

Recently on a call to a healthcare professional which this is a good app for, but the video calling is incredibly clunky, often lags and cut out mid conversation with no way to get back in touch

I have never used Help-at-Hand before, but very pleased to explain that it was incredibly helpful to engage with an independent person to listen to me and give some advice.

This was second to none - and really helpfull to find my way through a great loss Keep up the good work

I have been given tools to manage symptoms and he’s been very nice and respectful.

Does not recognise logging in! This ad us them and password each time fingerprint recognition does not work.
