Filters don’t work at all. If you have premium you still get bombarded with ads on the daily. Many many people looking for a third or unicorn. Not trans friendly in the slightest even though it’s described as being so. Lots of straight men chasing trans people as well. Horrible app, worse experiences.

I signed up, and it told me my account was on hold and that I would need to contact support and send a picture of myself holding the current date to confirm that I’m a real human being. Fair enough, I wait a couple days to be verified. I log back in for less than 30 seconds and it does it again saying that I’ve broken community guidelines. I’m assuming that it’s because my dorm internet uses a vpn. Not going through this process again, it’s getting old fast.

Deleted the app because there was way too many fake accounts.. they always tend to ask for your phone number or IG then try to scam you with crypto investments. Be careful who you’re talking to behind the screen

I usually have no issues with this app. But it won’t load and says there’s no internet connection even though I’m connected to Wifi and have service. Maybe a glitch needs to be fixed?

I remember this issue back forever ago when I first started using it but it’s far worse now. Her will randomly freeze your account for TOS violations, automatically email you like “nope we’re not gonna help” and then not explain what was flagged, what was wrong, etc. Normally I wouldn't care bc I don’t get many matches or messages on dating sites but I was talking to a great person this time and I really thought it would go somewhere. Edit: Her support does not help at all and the link left by the developer just sends you to her support which just gives you the run around. Not to mention the constant email spam even after they’ve blocked you on all fronts from using the app. Disgraceful.

This app bans homosexual women for stating same sex attracted boundaries, don’t waste your money supporting this disgusting app, avoid !

tried apple, phone and facebook and it refuses to let me in

Don’t bother downloading, this app is full of those sugar mommy/ daddy scammers. I keep reporting these accounts and literally the same day I will get a like from an identical account and Her does nothing about it
