The worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! After updating the game, it locked me and thousands of other players out. WE LOST EVERYTHING! All of the money that we spent to get to whatever point we were in the game, was gone. Customer service did nothing about it. I’ve contacted customer service over 20 times with no results. IF you play this game, please DON’T BUY ANYTHING!!!!!
Despite the updates, my game keeps crashing. I can’t even get it to upload! It’s frustrating because I spent enough money in the game to improve my game play, yet I haven’t been able to access it in over a week because it crashes. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to no avail. It was fun but now it’s just sad.
The game is no longer working the servers seem to be down. Ok game

After you’ve invested time and money on this game, it simply stops working, so you can’t collect benefits. Sad.
Game stopped working, iPhone 13 mini …been almost a whole day….
Should have educated new players on the importance of picking the newest server!
The game overall is a 4/5 sometimes I have log in issues where the game either loads slow or it doesn’t allow me to log in at all. The only other problem I have it that it should be easier to gain new characters and upgrade them.
Çok iyi oyun
I try to bind my account and it doesn’t, whenever I finish a level or claim my daily login in it still shows that I didn’t claim anything.
