Easy to use and access. I’m pleased with the variety of keeping tracks of the workouts and I appreciate the multitude of exercises and accessibility of features. Would recommend for keeping track of exercises.

Tbh i dont usually leave reviews about something. In fact, i think this is the first time I review something here, however man this app is crazy good. I recently started going to the gym and I got as a gift, an apple watch, asking myself wth do i do with it. I discovered this app and my whole world changed, like really. The seamless integration between iPhone and watch is good, the in app exercises are plenty if you are a regular gym goer and the app has a really nice and easy to understand interface with no crappy ads. I dont really use the social aspect of the app as I dont really care what others post. As a negative, not much to say, only once i encountered a bug, where the live sync feature didn’t really sync with the watch. Oh and I tried other similar apps, i love this one, as you can create 4 free routines instead of the usual 3 free ones

Firstly, the app is FREE, which is a big bonus compared to other apps of its type. It is also very easy to use and it has a very nice design. I strongly RECOMMEND using this app !!

De când am dat de aplicație doar cu ea mă antrenez. Mi se pare super bună și ușor de folosit.
