Heyfood takes forever to receive your payment that you must have starved or lost interest in the said food before you even get the most disturbing message of sorry for the inconveniences. Ordered food from a place that’s 10 minutes away from my location and it took over an hour without any reason or explanation. I had to keep messaging support and all they could say is a driver is assigned to your order. The m*ssed up rider finally picked up my call after several attempts and telling me to wait additional 20 minutes for something that shouldn’t even take more than 15 minutes in the first place. Making me wait 2 hours for a 15 minutes food delivery. Use them at your own risk because you won’t get any refund or your order. It might not happen with the first but surely you’ll experience it. Worst service ever received

Worst app ever this people are thieves how will you place order make payment and your Oder was not delivered because the delivery man can not come again after 5hrs of waiting for them, I was sending messages on the app to remind them of my order they were telling me the driver will call me soon even after the driver said he can’t come, i didn’t see the driver and didn’t get a refund I even messaged them on the app the next morning till today no response from them, this app is trash i have lost money 4 times on this and it all the same issues when I first downloaded it I didn’t have any of this issue but after awhile it started happening that how i know they created this app just to scam people in a way you won’t notice anyone still using this app just be ready for this I don’t recommend this app it worst

I’m never using this app again, ordered food from a particular place that’s just 5 minutes drive to my place and it took more than hour and to think the rider is so so rude and the worst part is the food is not ordered from where I wanted, I ordered beef and was given bones and some sort of rubbish I couldn’t even eat.
