HIGH Fitness has truly taken their app to the next level! The sound and video quality of their classes are fantastic, making each workout feel immersive. My favorite feature is the IN-CLASS setting, which makes it feel like I'm right there with the instructors & participants. I also love the LIFESTYLE section, which offers great perks like discounts to partner companies, a fun new podcast, and an insightful blog. I highly recommend giving this app a try!

Love the classes and get in a great workout. However the app rarely works on my phone. It just buffers and never goes any further.

I love High! I’m sort of obsessed with it. However the app update has me frustrated. I enjoy watching classes throughout my day and I used to be able to pause a class and watch from where I left off some time later. However since the update, the class always starts back from the beginning no matter what I do to try to save my place. Also the app freezes a lot on my iPad and I often have to uninstall and reinstall it. The workouts themselves are amazing as usual!

I love the workouts and the music and the instructors, but this app update is really lacking. It feels really overproduced: the sound of the instructors’ voices is SUPER loud but when I turn it down at all I can’t hear the music. It’s starting to feel like any other YouTube workout video, but I miss the feeling of actually being in a real class (especially when I rarely can go to a live in-person one). The airplay options aren’t working for me anymore either, so I’m stuck working out on my phone or laptop which just isn’t the same. Hopefully they can get these sorted out; I’m not sure how long I’ll keep paying to use it if I’m still having issues.

I love this app and have used it religiously for over a year, but since you’ve updated to the new app, I can barely make it though a few songs without having to close out of the app and go back in. It starts to pixelate and then the sound doesn’t match the picture. I, too, thought it was my iPad or internet connection, but this is the ONLY app that has problems.

First, I have to say, I LOVE the classes and all of the instructors!  However, I am having a very hard time with the app.. I read another review that I want to “ditto”.  I couldn’t get through my class today.. the sound was off, the video was blurry, and it froze multiple times.. I thought it was my old IPAD, but my phone did the same. It could have been better, but I couldn’t see it, and it froze a lot.. When I used it on the website, I could pause, go back and learn a step better and fast forward without any trouble.. I was just very frustrated today.. I could not get through a class.. I realize that it could be my internet, but another girl was saying the same thing, and I had 4 bars.. Hoping that will be corrected, and I can continue to enjoy the classes!

I love having access to high fitness when the closest live instructor is two hours away from me- however, the sound quality of the recordings is SO poor I’m not sure how long I can keep using and paying for the app. It looks like I’m not the only one with sound quality issues, even on high quality speakers, kind of a bummer 👎🏼

I can’t access it on my computer. I want to attach my computer to my tv and I can’t sign in on my computer. I tried to cancel the app subscription and subscribe online and it says my email is taken. I send myself reset instructions to access the account and they never come. I’ve emailed the website to ask for help and I don’t get a response. I’ve been subscribing since the beginning but my current tv and phone won’t connect, my computer and tv will and so I’d like to use that platform. If someone could help that would be great.

I’ve never been someone to stick with an exercise routine, however i LOVE doing high fitness. The instructors are great and i love how they give different options for moves that are more difficult. It’s a great workout!

I’m shocked they charge 15/month for something so unprofessional sounding. You can barely hear the music because there is so much focus on the instructors mic (which even has an echo). I did a ton of classes online with a friend in the early days of Covid and can’t believe her setup from home was better than what is offered through the app. Yikes. I love high fitness but don’t see how they can justify the cost when the sound is such poor quality. Hope they fix it and offer something more professional!

I was so excited to purchase this app when I saw it as I have followed the creators on Instagram forever and have many friends who are instructors. However, when I downloaded the app and paid for the year subscription up front the app got caught in some kind of loop. My account was charged, but all videos were still locked and would ask for me to login every time, I would log in and it would say “thanks you can start watching” and then return me to the home screen where everything remained locked. 

I contracted support, who after two emails to me STOPPED RESPONDING. They completely ignored seven follow up emails from me waiting for assistance to be able to access the app and content that I PAID A YEAR FOR!!! 

As owners, you are only as good as the customer service and support you provide, and unfortunately despite the fun service this is - the support and service is horrendous. I would absolutely tell anyone not to purchase this because if you happen to have any issues, they won’t care to fix it.

Was working when I first started a while back and I haven’t used it in a few months. When to start using it again and can’t get it to work. Says I need to subscribe but I have had the subscription for a while. I followed the steps on the help center and even deleted and reinstalled the app and I still can’t watch anything
