How the hell can you sleep at night knowing you’re dirty scam artists? Because that’s what you are. This app is full of bots in order to get people to pay for a subscription. HILY CORP. you are morally corrupt.

Everything wrong with dating apps, terrible, expensive and confusing monetisation.

If possible I would rate this 0 starts, the app is vile, I then got banned for no reason whatsoever and when contacting customer service they was useless and unable to tell me why I was banned. (Because it was clearly wrongfully done) don’t even waste your time on this app. Also weirdly sexist, woman have free premium features meanwhile men don’t??

Imagine another user sent a message I tried reading it and there was a pop up for me to buy a subscription to read the message I then paid for the subscription and returned to the massage I wanted to open, and was redirected to pay for a more expensive subscription the app is so misleading like it was done on purpose for you to keep paying imagine after subscription of £6 a week I still can’t event have an ordinary unlimited like am lucky I didn’t pay for a month subscription

Just make account and straight way it’s banned me followed all the instructions This app needs shuting down

Been on this app for months, built up a fair few people that had “liked” me. I literally swipe yes to everyone, and never matches me with anyone that has “liked” me. This app is dead

Firstly, I understand that people need to earn a living and I don’t expect anything for free. However the extent Hily cripples the app for free members makes it unusable. - I’ve received a message from someone which I appear to be unable to open unless I pay. - I have yet to come across any of the people who have alresdy matched with me. Hundreds of right swipes and not one of them have been with someone who’d already liked me. - “popular” profiles that you can’t match with unless you’re a paying member. Do these people have a say in being restricted like this? -full page unskippable ads whilst scrolling through profiles. There’s an okay concept for an app here but it is entirely ruined by the developers trying to force you in to buying their ridiculously priced premium subscriptions, which in the end has meant I will never spend a penny with them. Incredibly short sighted and it leads to a ruined app unfortunately.

A user sent me a message. I tried to read the message. But hilly redirected me to buy a subscription in order to read the message. I buy the subscription that hilly redirected me to. I go back to try and read the message after buying but no it redirects me again to a more expensive subscription. The app is very misleading they get you to buy useless subscription that don’t do what u need it do just so that you end up buying more. I contacted support but they was just as useless asking me to send them a screenshot or a screen recording of what happened which is impossible because it’s already done like I can’t go back in time and send a screenshot of the first time the app redirected me to buy the subscription because now it’s redirecting me to buy a different one.

Everything is behind paywalls, even getting the most basic premium doesn’t allow you to send more then 100 likes a day, you have to get the premium+ for that which is £24.99 a week. Avoid at all costs!!!!
