Many old stories, sometimes more than a month old, are still showing under “your city” and do not refresh even after opening the current date link (I am based in NCR). Same is the case with some other titles. Pathetic!

I have purchased the premium subscription for HT however, the app has a small scree which makes the reading experience worst. Even after subscribing I am able to see advertisement.  

You need to fix this. 

Also for Economist does not have full subscription as there are limited articles which are displayed on the app. Hence, it is worth less and obliged

Really Unfortunate. Every alternate day we face recurring glitches in E-PAPER. 
Quite unexpected from newspaper of HT stature.
I’ve been using Indian Express App & E-Paper since 4-5 years & haven’t faced any issue even a Single time.
I took 2 years membership trusting the brand HT but a complete letdown & now will be deleting my account and will claim my Refund.

3 stars for news content. However there existed too many ads due to which I am uninstalling the app. After every second article, a 30 second unskippable ad occurs. Now, the main problem is that the app is not updated according to iPhone 14 pro Max’s version. So the close button to the ad collides with the battery percentage at the top due to which you have to manually close the app and reopen to continue.

I constantly receive unwanted notifications such as sports or lifestyle even when i have turned off the notification settings within the app itself. For some reason, those notifications settings revert back to default, every single time. It is extremely frustrating. 

I recommend people to try another news app instead of this one, which does not respect your notification preferences.

I am using on the latest version of ios and latest app upgrade. There is no option to personalise scroll feed even for paid subscribers. 
I don’t want bollywood or to appear in my my feed, yet there is no option to stop it. 
I can of course choose what to read from the columns headings on top, but the first page scroll feed cannot be modified. 
Also the text size does not change, despite changing the settings,in the app. One has to go back to the phone settings and change the text size!.
